Today, I spent some time with John O’Duinn, Carolyn Chin-Parry and Enrique Rubio recording the panel “How to Thrive as a Leader During Digital Transformation” as part of the track “Digital Transformation Leadership” at the Hacking HR 2022 Global Online Conference.
What a truly fun and fascinating conversation. We discussed what makes a great leader of digital transformation, the skills, and capabilities, then we moved on to thinking about HR can be that leader, the potential obstacles and derailleurs, and finally, we ended our conversation with the “one-step” to begin the journey of bringing all the vision presented to reality. We were aligned that people are the heart of progress; the enablers of Digital transformation!.
