AIMS

The Australian Institute Of Sport (AIS) has designed a range of individual and team-based development initiatives to grow the capability of the High Performance workforce, including several key programs, one being “Developing Others”.

This week I started the journey with a group of peers from across the sports system to broaden our perspectives and enhance how we develop others to succeed in a complex and continuously changing environment.

Thank you to facilitators Jo Clark OAM OLY and Simon Burgess, plus all the amazing attendees! What a wealth of experience and knowledge in the room. Looking forward to reconnecting in the new year!
