Seeding Growth through a People-First agenda.
I am looking forward to engaging in the upcoming Hacking HR event, themed around “Influencing Business Leaders to Champion a People-First Agenda.” This topic resonates deeply with my role at Kyndryl where we apply a structured approach to help business leaders manage the people side of change – navigating the confluence of technological adoption and organisational change to drive project and business success.
In a world racing towards digital ubiquity, the true north remains the human element. While technology is the linchpin of business operations, fostering a culture that puts people at the core is not just altruistic, it’s strategic. My experience has reinforced that the symbiosis between enthusiastic customer adoption and an organisation’s adaptative capacity is not incidental but elemental.
I am eager to exchange insights with a community of thought leaders who share a common vision towards a people-first agenda ( Francisco Farias , Kerry Brown, Heather House, Carol Hama, CPHR, and Rusty Gaillard).
