AI is Not the Enemy: Businesses are finding new, positive ways to use AI.
Amidst the headlines fueled by fears and uncertainties about AI’s future, a counter-narrative is emerging: businesses are discovering new and positive ways to utilize AI.
I’m a huge advocate of using AI for better outcomes and efficiencies, but always with strong values and ethics at the forefront. That is the key. We have to use it correctly, like any new technology.

I’ll be sharing more detailed information about each panel in separate posts and will share the link the comments! The panel members are always fantastic to work with, so come ready to learn, engage, and have some fun!
Together, let’s explore how AI can empower HR professionals, leaders, and organisations to thrive in this era of rapid technological advancement. I’m looking forward to these panels and the opportunity to continue learning and growing in this field.
Staying ahead in the accelerating artificial intelligence race requires executives to make informed decisions about where and how to employ AI in their business.
As we move forward, it’s essential to embrace AI’s potential while actively shaping its development to ensure a positive and equitable future for all.
